The off-season workouts for the football program began on Monday, November 3rd. We have had a great start to off-season with many of the returning varsity team members dedicating themselves to having a winning season in 2015. Workouts will be Monday through Friday with 3 days of lifting and 2 days of plyometrics and technique. Workout session start at 230 and finish no later than 4pm.
We encourage all athletes that intend on playing football in 2015 and beyond to attend all of these workouts. Please click on the link at the top of this article to download a schedule. Schedules can also be found under the HQ tab on the home page of the website.
