Thanks to the efforts of Mark Morgan, owner of MoJoe’s, and Melissa Joslyn, waitress extraordinaire, our first fundraiser as a team was successful. On Monday, August 7, varsity soccer players showed up and learned how to take and place orders. They also learned the fine art of meeting and greeting and let’s not forget the all important task of cleaning tables! The team was blessed with the presence of not only player’s families and friends, but a few of the high school staff. A special thank you to athletic director Drew Johnson, principal Kelli Ann Fazer, Homecoming Grand Marshals Jean and Lee Yorton, and thanks to the teaching staff, Mr. Whitney and Mr. and Mrs. Hillis. It was a wonderful evening of fellowship and fundraising.
